10.10. Convert File Format and Change Photo Dimensions upon Export

You can use the File Export option in the iPhoto Export dialog to prepare images for use in other applications. You can specify the dimensions of images to optimize them for faster download on the Web, or to send as an e-mail attachment. iPhoto also enables you to change the file format of the image for your convenience.
