After creating your Pinterest account using Facebook or Twitter, the welcome screen gives you a head start on a Pinterest feed, or presentation of new images, that is tailored to your interests. Pinterest leads you through the process. You click on five images that you like, click Continue, and then verify your e-mail address. After that, you are ready to start creating boards where you save images and collecting pins, or images that you want to save. If you do not complete this step immediately after creating your account, Pinterest directs you to the welcome page when you go to Pinterest.com.
