Display Power Options
You can use the Power Options window to choose a power plan for your tablet as well as other power-related features.
You can get the most out of your tablet battery by shutting down components when you are not using them. However, rather than shutting down components manually, the Power Options window enables you to choose a power plan that configures Windows 8 to shut down tablet components for you automatically. The Power Options window also enables you to configure other power-related features, many of which are covered in the next few sections of this chapter.
