Install an App
If Windows 8 does not come with an app that you need, you can obtain the app yourself and then install it on your tablet.
How you start the installation process depends on whether you obtained the app from the new Windows Store that comes with Windows 8 or whether you downloaded the app from the Internet. If you purchased the app from a retail store or if you used the WWW to order a physical copy of the software instead of downloading it, you install the app using the CD or DVD disc that comes in the package.
