Pin an App to the Taskbar
The earlier section “Pin an App to the Start Screen” covers pinning an app to the Start screen, but that is helpful only if you use the Start screen regularly. If you use the desktop more often and you have an app that you use frequently, you might prefer to have that app just a single tap away. You can achieve this by pinning the app to the taskbar.
