Open and Close Mail
Your Mac includes the Mail application to enable you to use an email account to exchange and manage email messages. Email is one of the most popular Internet services because it offers three main advantages: It is universal, fast, and convenient. Email is universal because nearly anyone who can access the Internet has an email address. Email is fast because messages are generally delivered within a few minutes. Email is convenient because you can send messages at any time of day, and your recipient does not need to be at the computer or connected to the Internet.
