Run an Application Full Screen

When you need to concentrate on a single application, you can run it full screen instead of having it in a window competing with the OS X user interface and other applications for your attention.

You can instantly switch the active application to full-screen display. When you need to use another application, you can switch to that app full screen as well — and then switch back to the previous application. When you finish using full-screen display, you can quickly switch back to displaying the application in a window.
