Set Up Home Sharing

iTunes includes a feature called Home Sharing that enables you to share songs among your Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches. If you have two or more computers — Macs or PCs — on a network, you will probably want to use Home Sharing to share songs easily instead of copying song files manually between your computers. To use Home Sharing, you must have an Apple ID — for example, one you create when setting up an account on Apple’s iTunes Store. If you do not already have an Apple ID, you can create one in a couple of minutes.
