Share Your Calendar with Other People
Calendar enables you to share your calendar with other people so that they know when you are busy.
If you store your calendar on iCloud, you can share it by turning on sharing and specifying with whom you want to share it. If you store your calendar on your Mac mini, you can share that calendar with others by publishing it to a private server — for example, a server that your company runs.
