Format an Image from the Edit Image Window
Once an image is inserted into a post, you can move it around, adjust its size, alter or add borders, and more. In other words, you can make it exactly the way you want it. It all starts by clicking the image in the Edit Post window.
A Image Handles
Resizes image proportionally when you click and drag corner handle — and stretches or squeezes image when you click and drag a side handle, although not at WordPress.com. You can click anywhere within the image and drag it to a new location in the post.
