Translations of WordPress are not built in to the standard self-hosted WordPress installation, but scores are available. You need to find the .mo file in your language and follow a few directions. WordPress users also welcome those who can help with translations.
Find Your Language
In your browser, type http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language, and look for your language. Some languages have complete, translated versions of the WordPress software, and you can find a link to translated support pages.
