Upload the WordPress Files
Uploading the WordPress files to your web host gives you all the files you need for your manual WordPress installation. Here is where you put your FTP client to use.

After you open your FTP client, FileZilla in this example, type the host name in the Host box.
A The files on your local computer appear in the lower left panel.
Note: The host is your blog’s URL, such as myblog.com unless you want to install your blog somewhere besides the root folder.
