14. Using SQL to Analyze Text
For many people, the real payoff of textual analytics comes at the point of being able to formulate and execute queries. It is in writing queries that end users have full control of the ability to do textual analysis. In this way, they have full flexibility when writing the queries. Of course, the end users can execute prepackaged queries or generate reports. In addition, they can use technology that generates queries if that is what the end user wants to do.
