The third and final habit, convincing, is the ability to influence behaviors, decisions, and successful outcomes. You'll earn commitment and inspire others to take rapid action. All while talking less.

When you convince in an influential manner, you'll consistently sell ideas, products, services, and even yourself. You'll also experience a dramatic increase in your ability to get things done with and through others.

Sound Decisive

The language of leadership is decisive. Your capacity to confidently communicate decisions is one of the most telling measures of your power and influence. Confidence is contagious. If you sound self-assured, people will respond with confidence in your leadership and to your contributions.
