  1. Search for the dream.

  2. Evaluate your strengths and weaknesses.

  3. Cultivate discipline and determination.

  4. Render ideas and actions inseparable.

  5. Embrace positivity.

  6. Take a never-give-up attitude.

  7. Show a “next” mentality.

1. Search for the Dream

The dream is very important. It is the vision for a company. It is a vision for you. Henry Ford had a vision. Jack Welch had a vision. You should have a vision. Every great founder or leader had a vision. We always talk about vision when we talk about leadership. People who are Talents are always searching for the dream. If it is not their dream initially, they make it their dream.
