Chapter 2. Winning the Creative War

In the first chapter, we learned that modern societies are driven by innovative ideas and that these ideas are based on creativity and imagination. In this chapter, I explain the creative war or the so-called war for Talent and suggest the implications. I explain the war for Talent in terms of the creativity and obsolescence cycle and suggest that to survive in an environment of competition, you need to engage in the continuous development cycle and the on-time obsolescence cycle.
