In one of our seminars, Sophia, an insurance company manager, prepared a script to deliver in a meeting with her boss. Her message to him was, “I am absolutely confident that all three options I am putting in front of you today will lead to a positive outcome.” After taking the class through the three options, she came back to her message, “So as you can see all three of these options really will lead to a wonderful solution.”
Our instructor approached her during the break to give her private feedback and asked, “Just between the two of us, which one of these options do you think is the best?”
