It takes A village to raise a child, and the same can be said of publishing A book. Over the past three years, I’ve learned both lessons first-hand. Since starting my research and writing, my wife has given birth to both our sons. I had hoped to finish the book before the first was born, but it turned out I wasn’t done until after the second arrived.
