Re-Install Deleted Apps
As I described in Step 4 just previously, you can remove an
application from iTunes but not move it to the Trash. If so, the app
remains in the ~/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications
folder. You can return the app to iTunes by dragging the app's .ipa file
to Library in the iTunes sidebar.
If you completely delete an app, and later want it back, you can re-download it from the App Store. Don't worry about paying for it again. The iTunes Store tracks all your purchased software. You can redownload an app an unlimited number of times. Just follow the same steps used to download the app the first time.
