Set Contact Preferences

Choose > Preferences to display Contact Preferences. Your choices are as follows:

• Display order: Select either First Name Last Name or Last Name, First Name to specify how contact names appear in the list.

• Sort order: Choose either Last Name or First Name from the Sort By pop-up menu to specify the order in which contacts are sorted.

• Address Layout: Choose a country from this pop-up menu to determine how addresses are shown.
