Chapter . Work with Project Folders and Documents
When you create a project, the New Project Wizard creates two Project Watch Folders.
The Entourage Project Watch Folder: This Entourage folder stores email messages. Email that you copy or move into this folder (either manually or via a Mail Rule or the Mailing List Manager) is automatically associated with the project.
The Finder Project Watch Folder: Located by default in ~/Documents/Office Projects/, this folder contains files and aliases to files. Entourage constantly scans this folder and associates its contents with the project. When you ran the New Project Wizard, you may have given the folder a different name and you may have created an alias to it on your Desktop.
