Of all the email applications I’ve tried under Mac OS X (pretty much all of them), Mail is by far my favorite. I send and receive a great deal of email and regularly check about ten different accounts of various types. I’m picky when it comes to my email software and, while others may differ with me, I find Mail to be the most capable and the most enjoyable to use. With Tiger, Apple has taken Mail to a new level—adding important features, improving performance (in some ways, at least), and adding clever touches to the interface.
