Take and Enjoy Photos and Videos

If your iPad has a camera (see Which iPad Do You Have?), you can take photos and videos with it. And, no matter which iPad you have, you can enjoy the Photos app, Picture Frame mode, and the Videos app, and that’s just the beginning of your options.

In this chapter, I discuss taking photos, setting up Picture Frame mode, and how to copy photos on and off an iPad.

Use the Camera

Once you’ve opened the Camera app, you’ll see the image that’s coming in through the currently active camera. To switch between taking a photo and recording a video, use the slider at the lower right.
