Off-Site Backups

We've just established that you should have at least two sets of backup media. Now raise your right hand, place your left hand on the nearest sacred text (such as a printed copy of Take Control of Mac OS X Backups), and repeat after me:

I hereby solemnly swear that henceforth, I will at all times maintain a recent, complete set of backup media off-site.
