Numbers added a new dimension—sound—to spreadsheets several years ago with its voice recordings, which let you create memos for yourself or someone sharing the document.

Create a Voice Recording

To make a recording, choose Insert > Record Audio and click the Start button in the recording window (Figure 160). Speak your piece and then click the Stop button (which reverts to Record so you can continue recording). ...
