Filter Data

You may not always want to see all the data in a table. Perhaps you want to see only rows with a specific value in column A, or the higher-than-some-threshold values in column B, or checkmarks in column F. You can do this, and more, when you use Quick Filters (described just ahead). More-sophisticated options, such as multiple criteria for filters, are described in Filter with the Inspector.
