Chapter . Share Files among Users
If several users have accounts on the same Macintosh, it’s likely that they will want to share files among their accounts. One user will want another to check his report, or give pictures he received by email to other users, or all users may want to access common data such as digital music files or photos.

Although I talk here about sharing files among users on the same Mac, I’m not talking about file sharing, which involves sharing and accessing files on two or more computers over a network.
