About the Authors
Jennifer Hofmann is a synchronous learning expert and the president of InSync Training, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in the design and delivery of synchronous e-learning. In the e-learning field since 1997, she has experience using all of the major web-based synchronous delivery platforms. Hofmann holds a master of education degree from Nova Southeastern University, with a concentration in instructional technology and distance education.
