Jeff Van West
Jeff Van West has more than nine years of experience as a freelance writer, corporate trainer, and instructional designer. He has worked internationally to facilitate collaborative projects in numerous fields, including information technology and the aviation industry. His books and multimedia technical training programs have been used in North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia. Jeff has also worked with using narrative as a teaching and unifying tool across functions in a variety of settings. Jeff lives with his wife and son in Seattle, Washington.
