Coaching with the system in mind

The underlying stance of systemic coaching and constellations is central to successful systemic interventions and the understanding of the methodology. It’s about finding your place, in a particular way, with the client or team and the systems they belong to. To support this whole-system approach, it’s important to maintain a stance that allows the coach to find, and stay, in their own ‘right place’ in relation to the client and the system with which they are working. This stance requires practice and is one of the most important aspects of this work.
