About the Authors
Kerrie Meyler, Operations Manager MVP, is an independent consultant and trainer with more than 15 years of Information Technology experience, including work as a senior technical specialist at Microsoft. Kerrie is the lead author of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 Unleashed (Sams, 2008), System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Unleashed (Sams, 2009), and Operations Manager 2005 Unleashed (Sams, 2006). She participated in the alpha walkthrough for Microsoft Certification Exam 70-400, “Configuring Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007.” Kerrie has presented at numerous Microsoft conferences, including TechEd 2007 and MMS 2009.
