Charles Joy, senior technology evangelist at Microsoft, began working at small start-up firms and moved on to companies such as Raytheon, Unisys, and later Opalis Software. Charles was responsible for implementing the world’s largest OIS deployments. Charles has been a frequent presenter on OIS at MMS, TechEd (U.S., AU, and NZ), and numerous internal Microsoft conferences.
