Retiring/Wiping Mobile Devices
Two options exist for a mobile device that no longer needs to be managed:
Retire (Selective Wipe): Disables management of the device and removes company-related information from the device. Any software, data, or settings transferred to the device are removed. The user can initiate this operation from the company portal, or the administrator can do so using the ConfigMgr console.
