Prerequisites of Mobile Device Management
Following are prerequisites for using the new hybrid mobile device management features with Configuration Manager:
Windows Intune account: The organization must create a Windows Intune account. Microsoft has a separate Windows Intune license (Windows Intune Add-on for System Center Configuration Manager) exclusively for mobile device management for existing Configuration Manager customers.
Note that normal Windows PCs managed on the same Windows Intune account are not synchronized to the Configuration Manager database.
