Offline Servicing

The main change to this feature is that it no longer pulls update source files from the software deployment package source locations, which could be remote from the site server (causing the process to take longer or be disrupted because of network issues) or even offline which causes the process to fail completely. Instead, the update source files are pulled directly from the content library on the site server. In addition, the process of image servicing continues even if failures occur, ensuring that the process is not completely derailed for a single missing or troubled update.
