Windows 8.1 Wireless Network Prompt

During a normal installation of Windows 8.1, the interactive user is prompted to connect to a wireless network if a wireless capable network adapter is detected in the system. By default, even during a deployment of Windows 8.1 that is configured to be completely unattended (like those used during OSD), this prompt is still shown. This brings the entire deployment to an unexpected stop. The fix is relatively straightforward and easy: Create or edit an unattend.xml file using the Windows System Image Manager tool installed as part of the ADK for Windows 8.1.
