Service providers, by definition, deliver a service. A managed services provider (MSP) bundles software and services into contracts called service level agreements (SLAs). Two broad categories of service can be provided by System Center 2012, in particular Operations Manager (OpsMgr). Consider these as business models, more than technical references:
