OSD Phases
The phases of OSD line up with any good project management philosophy; you may have different names for them, but the principals remain the same. In addition, depending on your personal style or your organization’s environment, the OSD process may be formal with much rigor and documentation, informal with handwritten notes and napkin doodles, or somewhere in between. The next sections discuss the phases you should use with OSD.
