Endpoint Protection in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager does not come with any of the collections its predecessor came with in Configuration Manager 2007. Those collections were used to sort computers with malware-related issues into predefined locked-query based collections. You could not edit or view the queries in those collections; however, third parties later released the contents of those queries online in Excel format in case you wanted to re-create the collections.
