Removing the Endpoint Protection Client

Should you need to remove the Endpoint Protection client, you must target those systems where it is installed with a script that can uninstall it. Removing the Endpoint Protection client is not automatic, and disabling those specific client agent settings used to install it does not remove the client. Even if you remove the Configuration Manager client, the Endpoint Protection client agent will remain installed. To remove the Endpoint Protection client, you can uninstall it manually or use a script. Here is an example that performs a silent uninstall of the SCEP client; you could create a package/program to do this for you, which would include a script containing the following:

scepinstall.exe /u /s
