Automatic Removal of Antimalware Software
The SCEP client installation lets you uninstall some third-party antivirus software. Setting the option Automatically remove previously installed antimalware software before Endpoint Protection is installed in the Endpoint Protection Client Settings screen to True directs the client to automatically uninstall the software listed here:
• All current Microsoft antimalware products except Windows InTune and Microsoft Security Essentials
• Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition version 10
• Symantec Endpoint Protection version 11
• Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition version 12
• McAfee VirusScan Enterprise version 8
• Trend Micro OfficeScan
