Figure 13.23 is an example of software that appears in Software Center. The highlighted Installation Status tab shows all available software that has been targeted to the device.
This same view shows packages, applications, software updates, and operating system deployment task sequences. You can search, hide optional software, and use the SHOW drop-down box to filter to show only OS deployment, applications (including packages), or software updates. The user selects the wanted application and clicks the Install button to start the installation. The Status column informs the user of status, such as downloading, installing, installed, and so on.
