ConfigMgr Console Prerequisites
System Center 2012 Configuration Manager includes a nifty prerequisite checker that can help determine whether a computer meets the requirements to run the ConfigMgr console. You can find the utility prereqchk.exe located under SMSSETUP\BIN\x64 of the ConfigMgr source files or the %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Configuration Manager\bin\x64 folder of an installed server.
When running prereqchk.exe with the ADMINUI switch, it runs through a scan of the specified system to determine if it meets the requirements for installing the console. Run the utility to scan for console prerequisites by issuing the following command:
prereqchk.exe /ADMINUI
