Enhancements to BITS
BITS continues to provide bandwidth management capabilities. In ConfigMgr 2012, BITS throttling can be managed by client settings. Because client settings can be applied to collections, BITS settings can be selectively managed allowing the management of devices that may operate continuously over suboptimal bandwidth conditions.
