Remote Control Site Server Log Files
There are no log files specific to remote control on site servers.
Remote Control Client Log Files
Two client side log files exist in %windir%\ccm\logs on the client:
• RemoteControl.log**: Records the activities of remote control.
• CmRcService.log*: Records information for the remote control service.
