Recertification
One of the most frequently asked questions is when an implementation needs to be recertified. Recertification is required as soon as the implementation goes through a major change—for example, it was updated to the next major release.
No recertification is required if the implementation only has minor changes or is executed on another operating system. Let's take a synchronization Server written in Java as an example.
