Evaluating Sustainable Services

The word ‘value’ has a variety of meanings, from magnitude or quantity, to worth or importance, to the moral and ethical precepts on which we base our behavior. Values are also integrally connected with culture, education, and experience, and therefore, they also depend on the place and time when they are delivered. Finally, values do not stand alone, and in fact, they are usually a part of a set of values or a value-system that guides people’s behavioral preferences in all situations.
