About the Author

Daniel Stanton, M. Eng., MBA, SSBB, PMP, CSCP, is passionate about supply chains and the role that they play in our everyday lives. He has developed supply chain strategies, coached executives, and led supply chain projects for companies including Caterpillar, APICS, and MHI. These days, he devotes his time to teaching, conducting research serving on boards, and helping startup companies develop cool new supply chain technologies.

You’ll often find Daniel speaking at supply chain management events around the world. He’s also created several online courses for LinkedIn Learning. He holds a master of engineering in logistics from MIT’s Supply Chain Management program, is an adjunct professor at Bradley University, and is a doctoral researcher at Cranfield University.
