Case 1: Strategic University Alliances

A key to successful SCM talent acquisition involves strategic university alliances. Like any strategic partnership, a strong university-company alliance requires mutual interest, effort, and participation. It also helps to have long-term engagement by key individuals. These alliances create a dual benefit. The university gains a loyal and stable employer. The company builds credibility among students and faculty which results in a pipeline of strong candidates.
