The theme for this phase is analysis. The candidate list includes the SCOR metrics, performance defects, benchmarks, and “staple yourself to an order” interviews. The key outputs are a scorecard, a set of competitive requirements prioritized by market, and the AS IS SCOR Level 3 process diagram. To kick things off, we start with a kickoff!
